Abhay and his team has been a great host to us. I recommend their property to everyone. They were so welcoming and it was so easy to communicate with them always. Their location for perpetual is really prime and worth every penny paid! They suggested local activities too and added every presence to our trip and making it wonderful for my family. Thank you again for the wonderful experience. The place is exactly like it looks in the pictures, so neat, full of amenities. Caretaker were there too to take care of our things. Really had a great time!

Had a Nice time at This property. The location is perfect for a laid back vacation at Goa. Anjuna doesn't get crowded and this property is walkable from some famous places. We have a get together with friends here. pool was cute and nice. Villa can accommodate 8 people easily. Property is clearly marked in Maps too, way to navigate. staff was super supportive even at odd times with checkin. There was a refundable deposit requirement, returned promptly at checkout. would love to go back here.

The place is safe, secure, and located very close to all the happening areas. There are plenty of great local food options and a few nice restaurants nearby. The flat is beautiful, well-maintained, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, making self-cooking easy and convenient. Vegetables and other daily essentials can be ordered via Instamart and are delivered within minutes.

It was a pleasant stay. The location is near to Candolim and easy access to taxi stand and convenience stores. The room size is quite decent and with amenities. Parking area too was good with 24x7 security. Overall great stay.

Had a stay with couple of my friends, we just booked this as a landing place in Goa and shifted elsewhere the next day. But if I had known the place earlier would have booked this one for the whole trip. Great place at this price range.
